Q: What is included in your bookkeeping services?

Our bookkeeping covers transaction categorization, bank and credit card reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable management, general ledger maintenance, cash flow management and financial statements, including the profit and loss statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement. We work on a daily, weekly or monthly schedule.

Q: What payroll and compliance support do you offer?

We assist with payroll processing, payroll reconciliations and W-2, W-3 and 1099 forms. For compliance, we provide preparation support for Forms 1099, 940 and 941, sales tax filing support and backend support for tax compliance processes, along with federal and state payroll compliance assistance.

Q: Do you provide financial reporting and virtual CFO services?

Yes. We prepare periodic P&L statements, balance sheets and management (MIS) reports. Our virtual CFO support adds budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis and audit documentation support, giving you CFO-level insight without a full-time hire.
