1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and DK360 Business Services (“DK360”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and apply to your access to and use of dk360bs.com, its pages, forms, articles and any related content (together, the “Website”). By using the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. If you use the Website on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.
2. About DK360 and our services
DK360 is an outsourced accounting and finance operations firm. Our services include bookkeeping and accounting, payroll support, compliance support, virtual CFO and reporting, virtual accounting assistants, and books cleanup and catch-up, delivered with reference to U.S. GAAP and applicable U.S. requirements.
Information on the Website describing our services is for general purposes and does not constitute an offer capable of acceptance. Services are provided only after we and the client sign a written engagement agreement, proposal or statement of work that sets out scope, fees, responsibilities, timelines and confidentiality terms. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement prevails for the services it covers.
3. No professional advice and no CPA services
The Website, including our insights, guides, articles, worked examples, calculators and FAQs, is provided for general information and educational purposes only. It is not accounting, tax, legal, financial or investment advice and should not be relied on as such. Laws, standards and deadlines change, and your circumstances may differ from any example. Please consult a qualified professional before acting on any information.
DK360 is not a licensed certified public accounting firm. We do not provide audit, review, compilation, attestation or assurance services, we do not sign or file tax returns as a licensed preparer unless expressly agreed in writing and permitted by law, and we do not provide legal advice. Where a client needs those services, we will work alongside the client’s CPA, tax adviser or counsel.
4. Consultations and enquiries
Submitting a form, booking a free consultation or exchanging messages with us does not create a client relationship, an engagement or any obligation on either party. A client relationship begins only when a written engagement agreement is signed by both parties. Please do not send confidential or sensitive financial records until an engagement is in place and we have provided a secure method of transfer.

The parties will first try to resolve any dispute in good faith through written notice and discussion for a period of thirty (30) days. If the dispute is not resolved, the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York will have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue. Disputes relating to a signed engagement agreement will follow the dispute resolution terms in that agreement.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date, and your continued use of the Website after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
17. General provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent, and we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any signed engagement agreement, are the entire agreement between you and DK360 regarding the Website.
